Instructions
1. Preheat the Smoker
- Set your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using hickory, applewood, or cherry wood for a mild, smoky depth.
2. Prepare the Base
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
3. Add the Marinara & Cheese
- Pour pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top.
4. Add Toppings
- Layer on pepperoni, sausage, olives, or any favorite pizza toppings.
